HELPDESK & REMOTE LOGIN ASSISTANCE:

ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
TLIC Worldwide is based near Boston but provides up to two hour on-site support for our customers throughout the United States. Meaning, we can have a Cisco, Microsoft, HP, IBM, Dell or almost any other certified engineer "on-site" at your location within up to 2 hours of receiving your on-site support call.
We utilize a network of over 10,000 current and former IBM, EDS, OnForce and related networks of engineers who offer 2 to 24 hour on-site support. On-site support hourly rates range from $50 to over $250 per hour with simple "break-fix" problems such as printer repairs costing $50 per hour in certain locations while dispatching a Exchange 07 engineer with T1 knowledge and experience in VOIP can cost up to $250 per hour. All on-site calls will be quoted per-hour or per-job before any technicians are dispatched.
SERVER/NETWORK INSTALLS, UPGRADES AND TUNING:
We provide support for all major hardware and software products and applications including HP, IBM, Dell, White-Box computers and many more. We also offer remote and on-site support and problem resolution for most major software applications including all Microsoft products including soon to be released server products such as Win2008 and SQL-2008.
We can provide you with simple html development or html to XML to SQL and Back-Office integration using some of the most advanced programming tools and languages available to developers today.
